so the other test blog can’t log in. tried ‘forget password’ and no dice. tried resetting in admin, no dice.

i mean, i need some dice!

yes, i know it is the first link. the top of the rocks, the peak of the .. pennicle? but i know that if “write an entry” were a big fucking button that my life will be easier. i just have this feeling.

i could be wrong. it could be something else that gets everyone confused…

i hit post on that last entry and got a message that said “are you sure you want to edit this post?”

since the post was being published, not edited, i find this odd. this entry to try and see if it is repeated.

edit: not repeated. must be a wednesday thing…

ok, so i think i’ve spent more time trying to decide on a template than i did installing the wordpressmu software.

which was really easy, btw.

now if i can just decide on a template… then again, why should i? it is so easy to find/install/change templates why not change it when i want?

i mean, it isn’t like someone is reading this.

err, or not. still searching for the elusive master link solution. Problem: one list of links on each blog. solution: deal.

right.

yahoo still hates my server mail. and i found themes, they are installed.

figure i could blog about blogging software. which is like writing poetry about poetry, but probably not as… err.. poetic.

it is up, it is running. so far here is what i know:

issues:

• yahoo rejects email. not even sent to spam, just doesn’t get through. need to try regular email and changed the address.
• need to lock out the sign up so i control it. this should be a small enough group for that
• default settings on all blogs, like users logged in to comment and links on the side

wants/needs:

• more templates uploaded
• master list of blogs
• better word than blog
• more testers
• can this edit window be bigger?
